First: thank you, I'm genuinely flattered you'd want me to help bring your creation to life, it's a great compliment. But to get a quick idea on whether I'll be able to say 'yes' or 'no' to your request, see below:

If it's a commercial project (and I mean contracts, on headed paper) then I'll consider it if my timetable allows; particularly if it's related to the subjects I've drawn and posted here: (Elves, vampires, mythological or historical nonsense, etc.)

But availabilities for personal commissions are already filled for the foreseeable future, and I probably won't accept anymore at this time, sorry. I want to bring my own inner monsters to life now rather than just drawing other people's.

If you want me to work on your project in exchange for glory and exposure, then your project had better have more exposure than Lady Godiva, and it better be good. Like The Silmarillion. (Or anything Tolkien / Jonathan Stroud / Susanna Clarke / Terry Pratchett.) But otherwise, like any other full-time professional, I expect to be paid in actual money, or at the very least, goats. Very pretty ones.

I think my New Year's resolution - in April - will be to check here more often.
Certainly more often than twice a year, that's just lazy naughty bad. Partly because it's rude to all the lovely people who took the time to comment on my work (thank you!) and partly because it's pant-fillingly daunting to see the DeviantArt 'messages' click into 4-figures.
Blimey.

Just in case: if you need an answer to something in the same week (rather than 'at some point in the next 8 months') it's probably best to just email.
Or just paint your message on the side of a glacier and wait for it to inexorably inch its way across the planet in the hope it will pass my house. Still probably slightly quicker.

PS - Oh, but if you do find a glacier, don't lick it. You may hope for the sweet tingle of iced raspberry, but what you'll get is a giant granite-studded push-pop with an overtone of damp mammoth.
It was something of a disappointment.

DA is special in that almost all the communication here is 'thank you' (for the watch, the fave, the comment, the music and the songs we're singing, etc).
Consequently there's a lot of people saying 'your welcome'.
Which is nice: it's polite, it's considerate, but (oh, the horror) it's lacking a bloody apostrophe.
Bring back the apostrophe! Love it, nurture it; clasp it tightly between your contracted words.

'You are welcome' is you're welcome.
'Your welcome' means you possess 'a welcome'. (Want fries with that?)

Look at that proud, pulsing apostrophe in all its splendour. It's a sexy bit of punctuation, stick it in yer words and be the envy of all your friends who are still eating fries with their welcomes.
